A small, welcoming centre on a quiet street, where every child is cared for, supported and encouraged to thrive as they grow.
With five rooms spanning nursery to kindergarten, a shaded outdoor yard, and spaces filled with opportunities for learning, creativity and imagination, we create an environment where children feel safe, confident and inspired to explore the world around them.
We work closely with families and our local community to nurture each child’s unique strengths, helping them develop the confidence, independence and sense of belonging they need to feel ready for prep, and to bloom and thrive into the future.
Every room is filled with qualified early learning educators who genuinely know and care for each child. We create stimulating, challenging and fun learning experiences that are guided by children’s interests, individual development and the valuable input of families.
Our curriculum welcomes families to be an active part of their child’s learning journey. We work in partnership with parents and carers to understand each child’s strengths, interests and needs, supporting them to reach their developmental milestones and build confidence along the way.
From nursery through to kindergarten, we provide a nurturing environment where children feel supported to explore, discover, learn and grow at their own pace.
Nursery

The room
Our nursery is a calm, warm and homely space designed to help babies feel safe, secure and settled. The room includes a dedicated sleep space and a gentle outdoor area for fresh air and exploration. Our educators work closely with families to understand each baby’s individual routines, cues and needs. We follow your home routines as closely as possible throughout the day, building strong, trusting relationships with each child so they feel safe, comforted and cared for.

No two days are quite the same. We follow your baby’s individual routine for bottles, meals and sleep, while providing plenty of opportunities for floor play, songs, stories, sensory experiences and gentle outdoor exploration.
Learning focus
In the nursery, learning begins through relationships, connection and everyday experiences. We support babies as they develop secure attachments, build strength through tummy time, discover their senses and progress from rolling and crawling through to their first steps. We also nurture early communication through talking, singing, rhymes, books, babbling and those wonderful first attempts to communicate with the people around them.

Kindergarten
4 – 5 years1 educator : 11 children
The room
Our Kindergarten room is a place where children are encouraged to learn, create, question and explore. Our program is shaped around children’s interests, ideas and strengths, while intentionally building the skills and confidence they need for their transition to school.Children learn through play, hands-on experiences and meaningful projects, developing friendships, independence and strong foundations in early literacy and numeracy. Our educators encourage children to ask questions, solve problems, share their ideas and have a go at new experiences. Our Queensland Government-approved Free Kindy program is available for eligible children who turn four by 30 June. The program is planned and delivered by our degree-qualified Early Childhood Teacher, with learning experiences designed to support each child as they prepare for prep.
A typical day
Our day begins with group time, where children come together to connect, talk about their ideas and help plan the day ahead. From there, children move between project work, intentional learning experiences and play, both indoors and outdoors. After lunch, children have time to rest and recharge. Children who no longer sleep can enjoy a quieter part of the day with books, puzzles, drawing and other calm activities. Our Free Kindy program is offered across two full Kindy days each week (15 hours), with care available before and after Kindy on those days, as well as additional days that families may book.
Learning focus
Our Kindergarten program focuses on building the confidence, independence and skills children need as they get ready for prep.Children develop friendships and learn to work as part of a team, communicate their ideas and listen to others. We support children to recognise, name and manage big feelings, navigate challenges and develop resilience.Everyday experiences build independence, from packing their own bag and caring for their belongings to making choices and taking responsibility for simple tasks. Through stories, writing, drawing, counting, games and hands-on learning, children develop early literacy and numeracy skills. Most importantly, we want children to leave Kindergarten feeling confident, capable and excited to learn, with the belief that they can have a go, ask questions, make mistakes and keep trying.
Our program
Learning through play
Every child arrives with their own personality, interests, family, experiences and unique way of seeing the world. Our educators take the time to get to know each child, listen to their ideas and follow their curiosity.
Learning happens through play, relationships and everyday experiences. Our educators thoughtfully plan experiences that extend children’s thinking, encourage creativity, build confidence and support them to develop new skills. A child’s question, fascination or idea can become the beginning of a much bigger learning journey.
We observe, listen and document children’s learning through photos, observations and learning stories, sharing these with families through our family app, along with daily routine logs for meals, sleep, nappy changes and medication, photos and videos of their day, and instant alerts if we need to reach you. This gives families a window into their child’s day and creates opportunities to share their own ideas, experiences and knowledge.
BelongingI am connected. I feel safe, valued and part of my family, my centre and my community.
BeingI am enjoying being me. I have time to play, explore, wonder, create and experience childhood.
BecomingI am growing. I am developing the confidence, skills, knowledge and relationships that will help me as I move into the future.
Ready for schoolFriendships, big feelings, packing their own bag and a first go at their name.
Our program is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF): Belonging, Being and Becoming and supports children across the five learning outcomes:
Children have a strong sense of identity: developing confidence, security, independence and a sense of belonging.
Children are connected with and contribute to their world: building relationships, learning to work with others and developing respect for their community and environment.
Children have a strong sense of wellbeing: developing physical skills, emotional wellbeing, resilience and confidence.
Children are confident and involved learners: becoming curious, creative and capable problem-solvers who enjoy exploring and discovering.
Children are effective communicators: developing language, literacy, early numeracy and the confidence to express their ideas, feelings and needs.
Learning also extends beyond our centre. As children grow, our older rooms have opportunities to walk to the local library and corner shops, helping them connect what they learn in the classroom with the world around them. These experiences support children to build confidence, develop an understanding of their community and learn about real-life concepts such as communication, safety, numbers, reading and social responsibility.
We work in partnership with families throughout the learning journey. Your knowledge of your child matters, and your ideas, observations and family experiences help us create a program that is meaningful, responsive and unique to the children in our care.
From their first days in nursery through to their final year before school, our goal is simple: to help every child feel that they belong, enjoy being themselves, and become confident, capable learners ready for whatever comes next.
Safety, in plain terms
Your child’s safety and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do. We keep our safety practices clear, consistent and easy for families to understand.
Blue Cards: Every educator holds a current Blue Card and meets the required suitability requirements.First aid and emergency training: Our educators are trained in first aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis management.Secure entry: Our centre has keypad entry, with children only collected by authorised people.Sleep and rest: Children are closely monitored during sleep and rest periods, with checks completed every 10 minutes and recorded.Photos and privacy: Photos of children are taken using centre devices only, never personal mobile phones.Educator-to-child ratios: We maintain the required educator-to-child ratios in every room throughout the day.Safe, supported environments: Our educators actively supervise children, know their individual needs and work together to create spaces where children can explore, play and learn safely.
We believe families should feel confident knowing their child is cared for by educators who take their safety, wellbeing and privacy seriously.
