Questions we hear most
Do you bulk bill?
Medicare does not cover most adult dental care, so we do not bulk bill adults. We do bulk bill eligible children under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule, while their benefit balance lasts. We confirm eligibility when you book.
How long does a first visit take?
Plan for about an hour. If you mention nerves when booking, we add extra time.
It has been years since I last went. Is that a problem?
Not at all, it is more common than you might think. We start with a conversation and go at your pace.
Can I pay with Afterpay?
Yes, Afterpay is available on most treatments. Payment plans are also offered for larger work like implants and Invisalign.
From what age do you see children?
We recommend a first visit around their first birthday or when the first teeth appear. Early visits are short and mostly about getting comfortable.
