How long does it take to design a website?
Most new small business websites launch within two to four weeks of our first chat. The main thing that sets the pace is how quickly the words and photos come together, so I help with that rather than leaving you to it. Redesigns are often faster because there is already content to work from.
How much does a website cost?
A standard small business site of five to ten pages typically sits between AUD $2,500 and $5,000, as a fixed price agreed before any work starts. No hourly billing, no surprise extras. You can see how that compares with other options in our guide to what a small business website should cost.
Can you build ecommerce websites?
Yes. An online store is a bigger job than a standard site because of payments, product pages, stock and postage, so it is quoted separately and usually starts at around double a standard build. Tell me what you sell and how you ship it and I will price it up before any work begins.

I already have a website. Can you fix it instead of starting again?
Often, yes. If the domain has some search history and the content is mostly right, a redesign keeps what is working and replaces what is not. If the platform itself is the problem, I will tell you that too, even when it means a bigger job.
Do you look after the site once it is live?
Yes. Hosting, security updates and changes are available after launch, with no lock-in contract. When you need a new page or a fix, you ring the person who built it.
